Your name, phone, email, the tribute act you want, event dates, location, venue, budget and anything else you tell us. We use it to answer you and match you with a band. - Artist submissions. The contact details and band information you send, so we can review your band for a listing. - Email list sign-ups. Your email address and, if you give it, your name, so we can send show announcements. You confirm by email before you're added, and every email has an unsubscribe link. - Privacy requests. Your name, email and what you're asking for, so we can act on it. - Spam protection. When you send a form, we keep your IP address with the submission, and briefly on its own to block repeated posts (those records are deleted within a day). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. - Website analytics. Google Analytics records which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and their general location and device. It only runs as described on our [Cookie Policy](https://www.protributebands.com/opt-out-preferences/) page, and in many places only after you click Accept. We don't take payments on this site. ## Who sees your information - The band you asked about. Passing your booking inquiry to the band (and, if they can't do your date, to other acts that fit) is the point of the inquiry. The band then contacts you directly to work out the details. - Companies that run the site for us. Cloudflare (hosting, form storage, spam protection), Resend (delivers form messages to our inbox), Mailchimp (our email list) and Google (analytics). They handle the information on our behalf. - Others, only when required. We'll disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. ## Cookies and analytics The [Cookie Policy](https://www.protributebands.com/opt-out-preferences/) page lists every cookie and similar tool on this site and explains when each one runs. You can change your choice at any time with [Your Privacy Choices](https://www.protributebands.com/opt-out-preferences/), also linked at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a "no" to analytics. ## How long we keep it We keep booking inquiries and artist submissions for as long as they're useful for booking shows and for our records. We keep email list addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. ## Your choices and rights You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm the request comes from you, and we'll answer within 45 days. Nobody gets treated differently for using these rights. If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also object to how we use your information or complain to your local data protection authority. ## Visitors outside the United States We're based in California, and the information you send us is stored and handled in the United States. ## Children This site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it. ## Changes to this policy When we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
