- Booking an Aerosmith Tribute Band

Aerosmith stopped touring in 2024 when Steven Tyler’s voice finally gave out, so if you want to hear Sweet Emotion, Dream On, Walk This Way and Back in the Saddle played loud in a room full of people, a tribute band is now the only way to get it. That’s put real pressure on the good ones, and there are more of them working than you’d think.

I have a personal stake in this catalog. In May 2013 I was BOSTON’s guitarist and co-lead vocalist at the Boston Strong benefit, and the night ended with me singing Come Together on stage with Aerosmith and Steven Tyler. I’ve also run ProTributeBands since 2011, which means I’ve watched a lot of guys in scarves try to be Tyler. Most of them can hit the notes. Very few of them can hold the room the way he did, and that’s the difference between the top of this list and the bottom.

How I ordered them: touring activity first, then the current live footage, then how honestly the singer handles the Tyler range without turning it into a cartoon. Twelve acts made the cut. A band with no recent live video doesn’t make this list no matter how long it’s been around, and a band that’s sitting out the year doesn’t either. If you’re pricing a show, [what tribute bands cost](https://www.protributebands.com/how-much-do-tribute-bands-cost/) covers the numbers, and [how to choose the right tribute band](https://www.protributebands.com/how-to-choose-the-right-tribute-band-for-your-event/) covers everything else.

## #1 – Draw The Line

There’s a reason the real band lets this one use the word “endorsed.” Draw The Line started outside Boston in 1991, a few miles from where Aerosmith did, and has played more than 3,000 shows since, including the MGM Grand arena in Las Vegas, casinos, cruise ships and most of the theaters in New England. In a 1998 radio interview Steven Tyler named them the best of the Aerosmith tributes, and they’re the only one that’s been featured on Aerosmith’s own website and the Aero Force One fan club. AXS TV’s World’s Greatest Tribute Bands put them on national television.

Neill Byrnes has fronted the band the whole time. He won a Steven Tyler lookalike contest during the Pump tour, which is cute, but what matters is that he doesn’t oversing. He leaves the screams for where Tyler put them. The band behind him plays the deep cuts, and I mean deep: Toys in the Attic, Get the Lead Out, Let the Music Do the Talking, a full “deep dive” set they’ve filmed. Nobody else on this page goes there with that much confidence.

Based near Boston, Massachusetts. Full production show for theaters, casinos and festivals across the US, Canada and Europe, with a busy 2025 and 2026 calendar in the Northeast.

## #2 – Aeromyth: Aerosmith Tribute Band

Aeromyth was my number one for years and I still think Gil Serrano is the best all-around “Steven Tyler” in the business: the look, the moves, the growl, and a real upper register underneath it all. Frankie Wilsey, who I first knew from the Bay Area band Head On, plays the Joe Perry role with the right amount of sneer. The show comes with the costumes, the scarves on the mic stand and the lighting, and it plays like a national act because the guys in it have been national-act players.

They work the casino circuit hard. Casino Arizona in Scottsdale had them back in May 2026, Hard Rock Sacramento in March 2026, and the clip above is I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing from April 2025. Serrano’s held that ballad for the better part of two decades and it hasn’t slipped. If your buyers want the whole arena-rock package rather than a bar band in costumes, this is the West Coast pick.

Based in the Southwest and Southern California. Casinos, theaters, fairs and corporate dates nationwide, plus international shows.

## #3 – Pandora’s Box

Nathan Utz gets asked for Steven Tyler’s autograph in parking lots, and once you’ve seen the clip above you’ll understand why. He and guitarist Steve Taylor came up together in the Atlanta band Blonz, which put out a record on Sony in 1990, and they formed Pandora’s Box in 2015. Utz has also sung with George Lynch and Static-X, so the voice isn’t a party trick. Tim Cabe, who played guitar in The Outlaws in the 90s, covers the Brad Whitford parts, and that’s a serious guitar section for a tribute.

Within a few years they were selling out shows across the Southeast, up the East Coast, in Alaska and Hawaii, and by 2018 Royal Caribbean had them as a top-requested headline act at sea. The 2026 run includes the Des Plaines Theatre outside Chicago, the Majestic Theatre in Chillicothe and Nash Family Jackson Amphitheater in Ohio, plus regular House of Blues dates in Orlando and Myrtle Beach.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia. Theaters, amphitheaters, House of Blues rooms and cruise ships, touring nationally.

## #4 – RagDolls: The All-Female Aerosmith Tribute

An all-female Aerosmith tribute sounds like a gimmick until Susie Major opens her mouth. She founded RagDolls in 2019 after fronting the Bay Area band Cry Wolf, she’s sung on a Sharknado soundtrack, and she can do the Tyler scream without shredding what’s left of her voice for the second set. Ali Handal plays lead guitar and sings. That’s not a novelty lineup. That’s a band.

They played NAMM in January 2025, they’re a regular at Campus JAX in Newport Beach (the clip above is from June 2026), and they’ve been booked into Thunder Valley Casino and the Black Rock Center for the Arts. Bookers who want a different angle on this catalog without giving up the musicianship put them near the top, and so do I.

Based in Los Angeles, California. Clubs, casinos and performing arts centers, mostly on the West Coast.

## #5 – Jaded: The Ultimate Aerosmith Tribute

Jaded owns Florida. This six-piece out of Fort Lauderdale has been playing the Daytona Beach Bandshell summer series since 2017, comes back most years, and has 2026 dates at the Reilly Arts Center in Ocala and Wild Rover Brewing in Tampa. The extra man on stage matters: with keys and a second guitar you get the Pump and Get a Grip era songs the way they were recorded, not thinned out for a four-piece.

They formed in 2015 and lean into the whole catalog rather than just the 70s, so Cryin’, Jaded and I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing sit next to Mama Kin. If your crowd knows Aerosmith from MTV rather than vinyl, this is the band that plays the songs they came for.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Municipal concert series, theaters and private events throughout the Southeast and beyond.

## #6 – Last Child NYC

Last Child is New York’s Aerosmith tribute and has been for a long time. Bobby Mann sings Tyler with the right rasp and the right hips, Mike Gallello handles Joe Perry, and the band works rooms that don’t book amateurs: Daryl’s House Club in Pawling, The Cutting Room in Manhattan, Wally’s in Hampton Beach, the Rockbox Theater in Fredericksburg, Texas and Warehouse Live in Houston.

The clip above is from Main Street Crossing in Tomball, Texas in January 2026, a Walk This Way into Back in the Saddle into Last Child run that shows the band at full tilt. Daryl’s House had them back again in early 2026. They’re touring more than most acts on this page, and that’s why they moved up.

Based in New York City. Clubs, theaters and festivals, with regular Northeast and Texas dates.

## #7 – Aerowings: A Tribute to Aerosmith

Aerowings is the youngest band here, launched in Los Angeles in the spring of 2025, and it’s already playing performing arts centers. That’s because of Paulie Z. He’s a working rock vocalist with a big, clean top end, and instead of impersonating Tyler he sings the songs. The Dream On above, from August 2025, is the cleanest vocal on this page.

Their first year included the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center, the Bank of America Performing Arts Center in Thousand Oaks and the Broadway Theatre of Pitman in New Jersey, often paired with a Foreigner tribute on the same bill. A band this new doesn’t usually get theater dates. Watch this one.

Based in Los Angeles, California. Performing arts centers and theaters, available for double bills with a Foreigner set.

## #8 – Pump: The Ultimate Aerosmith Tribute Band

Pump is Long Island’s Aerosmith band, and the setlist goes deeper than the name suggests. Mike Castella, a lifelong Tyler devotee who joined in 2023, sings and plays harmonica, and drummer Rich Savarese has been chasing the Walk This Way groove since he heard it on AM radio in 1976. They pull rarities off Toys in the Attic alongside the hits.

Summer 2025 had them at Raynor Beach County Park in Lake Ronkonkoma and a town concert in Hazlet, New Jersey, and they’re still posting new live footage every few weeks. A solid regional act for parks, fairs and clubs in the New York area.

Based on Long Island, New York. Municipal concerts, festivals and clubs in the tri-state area.

## #9 – Erasmith: The Aerosmith Tribute Band

Erasmith is a South Florida band, and a good one, with a singer who goes by Furious George and a set that runs from the early albums through the 90s. They’ve headlined the Savannah Center at The Villages and play the Sarasota and Bradenton circuit regularly, with 2025 dates at The Ranch Concert Hall.

Still the best band name on this page.

Based in South Florida. Theaters, concert halls and community shows across the state.

## #10 – Aerosmith Rocks

Aerosmith Rocks has been working out of West Palm Beach since 2012, and the footage above from September 2024 is the reason they’re here. It’s a straight-ahead, no-costume take on the catalog, with Dream On, Sweet Emotion, Train Kept A-Rollin’ and Big Ten Inch in the set, and they can be booked alone or on a multi-tribute bill with the Foreigner and Bad Company acts from the same crew.

Based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Clubs, festivals and combined tribute nights.

## #11 – Walk This Way

Ian Latimer plays Tyler in Walk This Way, with David Semans as Joe Perry, and the band has toured the US, Canada, Mexico and Central America. The Livin’ on the Edge above is a good example of what they do: accurate, family-friendly, built for festivals and community events rather than late-night clubs. Their set covers four decades, from Dream On through Jaded.

They sit lower than they used to because their newest public footage is a few years old. They’re still a safe booking for a fair or a city concert series.

Touring act. Festivals, community events and private parties.

## #12 – Dream On

Dream On is the United Kingdom’s Aerosmith tribute, and the only overseas act on the list. They play theaters and rock venues across Britain with big-screen visuals behind the band, a 2026 tour that includes Edinburgh, and a set that runs from the 70s through the 2000s: Dream On, Crazy, Eat the Rich, Pink, Janie’s Got a Gun. If your event is in the UK or Europe, start here.

Based in the United Kingdom. Theaters and music venues across the UK and Europe.

## Booking an Aerosmith Tribute Band

Watch the live video before you sign anything, and watch a full song, not a promo reel. The Tyler part exposes a singer by the second chorus. Then ask who’s actually in the band on your date, because several of these acts run substitute players, and ask for a set list so you know whether you’re getting the 70s catalog, the MTV years, or both.

Budget is the other conversation. A theater-level act with production costs more than a four-piece playing a bar, and it should. If you’re putting one of these bands in front of a paying crowd or a company party, my guide to [tribute bands for corporate events](https://www.protributebands.com/tribute-bands-for-corporate-events/) walks through what to expect. And if you’re still deciding whether a tribute is the right call at all, [here’s what a tribute band actually is](https://www.protributebands.com/what-is-a-tribute-band/) and why the good ones sell out.
